Nappy rash

In a baby's nappy rash, the skin becomes red, sore and broken. The redness either appears in patches or appear all over the place where the nappy is. If nappy is left for a long time, it gets too wet with urine and the skin gets constantly in touch with urine that has bacteria, etc. We can avoid nappy rash by cleaning the bottom with wet wipes or water and then dry it up. After that apply nappy rash cream or barrier cream like Drapolene, Secura, vaseline or for that matter coconut oil. You can consult a doctor too. Nappy rash can get the baby so uncomfortable and the baby would go on crying. Ensure that the nappy is replaced quite often. Another best suggestion is to let the baby without nappy for few hours.
