I have two TataSky boxes in my home. I wanted to unsubscribe few packages. There is no way I can do this other than calling their customer service. The irony is the customer service is never reachable. You land up calling them and it goes to automated voice instructions and finally gets disconnected before it reaches a customer care officer.
TataSky has become very unethical and has made this package subscription one way. Also any package that you subscribe cannot be unsubscribed before 30 days period. This is really bad. I kind of started hating them now!
