Are you planning to buy a house? Never ever buy that from Jain housing pvt ltd. I had a very bad experience with Jain housing where we bought two flats and the way they have treated us and behaved is not even up to the mark. They have just taken us for granted and for a ride. I cannot believe such daring attitude from them in not handing over the flat. After a year of delay, we had to fight them and grab the flat which is not fully done. They have removed all the labourers and hence the pending work will never be done. I had to shell out lot of money from my pocket to fix the pending work. It has been a pathetic, grueling experience and they are definitely morons who do not deserve a place in the construction industry.
