German air carrier Lufthansa on Wednesday launched a direct Pune-Frankfurt flight that provides excellent connectivity to 97 European and 23 US destinations. Lufthansa will operate Airbus A319 carrier with 48 all business class seats.
Lufthansa presently operates 55 flights every week from India to Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich. Apart from Pune, it has operations from Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
