I just found a site that explicates a huge list of sites with page rank 10 and 9. Just check them and you will be stunned to see a lot of sites which you may not be aware of. I certainly came across sites which I did not know that they even exist. If you feel any other website with page rank 10 or 9 has been missed out in the list, you can always ping the administrator and send the website by email provided in the site.
