Google Back links

I read lot of articles and learnt that the more the back links for your website, the better the google page rank gets. I have been checking my back links for quite a while now and realized that I did not have any back links. But now, when I checked my back links I see two google pages full of sites that are linking to my site. Though this is really a good news, I do not see any google page rank for my blog. I am keeping my fingers crossed to see if I will get a page rank in the future.
