Yesterday was my husband's star birthday. The night before yesterday he was casually mentioning it to me that his parents had called him up and told that it's his star birthday the next day.
With my daughter keeping me on my toes, I forgot about his star birthday and proceeded with my daily chores. The next day afternoon my husband had called me for something where he just mentioned that my inlaws had called him to wish him on his birthday. I was like sheesh! how did I miss my dear one's star birthday. I apologized many times and told my parents about it and we finally made payasam in the evening and had.
We both went to Murugan temple in Jurong and did archanai on his name to lord Ganesh and Murugan. I compensated for the missed wish. :)
