New Year's eve in Singapore

This is the first ever time am away from India for a new year.. I happened to spend my new year's eve in Singapore. There was a huge crowd that had gathered near the esplanade theater in the suntec city..

First ever time, I saw such a huge crowd in Singapore. There were hundreds of people waiting to celebrate the new year.. I went there around 10:15 PM after finishing all my shopping .. As you know, christmas and new year sale is the best time to shop many gadgets and garments and anything at all for a some good cheap rates..

From 10:15 all of us were waiting for the fireworks but initially we got disappointed as it started raining.. thank god it stopped in a while.. we settled down in a place with our umbrella above us.. all of us were like that infact..

At 11:30 there was the firework start.. with in few seconds they had stopped.. just to get the crowd's attraction and by then the crowd became restless and lots of balloons were flying high..

Finally at 12:00 am with loud noise, non-stop fireworks caught everyone's eyes.. all of us were awe struck..
